Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager, reporting to the Director, plans, directs and coordinates daily operations to ensure performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability. This role leads all warehousing activities, compliance, inventory control, and safety standards while driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Oversee planning, warehousing and material control from forecasting to delivery.
• Maintain regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, safety).
• Participate in product planning to support new launches.
• Manage all warehouse and distribution operations.
• Maximize efficiency, timeliness and accuracy of finished goods delivery.
• Monitor inventory, set controls and use KPIs to minimize supply‑chain risk.
• Optimize systems for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure all facilities meet safety, environmental and operational standards.
• Execute special projects on schedule.
• Support annual goal setting aligned with corporate objectives.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and build strong teams.
• Collaborate across all levels and serve on the Executive Management Team.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent 5‑year experience).
• Minimum five years of senior management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in produce or food distribution.
• Working knowledge of USDA & FDA compliance.
