This role sits within a global investment platform where accurate performance and attribution data is critical to client reporting, decision-making, and governance.

You’ll be part of a performance and attribution function responsible for producing, validating, and overseeing performance outputs across public and private market strategies. The work is detail-heavy, deadline-driven, and highly visible — accuracy and consistency matter.

This is a strong fit for someone with solid performance analysis experience who wants exposure to a broad investment platform and close interaction with front office, operations, and technology teams.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Producing and validating performance, attribution, and risk outputs
  • Supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing quality control and peer review of performance data
  • Working with investment teams to understand evolving requirements
  • Coordinating with data vendors and ensuring service quality
  • Identifying process improvements and supporting automation initiatives
  • Assisting with audits, testing, documentation, and internal projects
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and team standards

What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in performance measurement and attribution
  • Solid understanding of equity, fixed income, and multi-asset methodologies
  • Familiarity with institutional performance platforms and data providers
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or data tooling experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines
  • Confident communicator who works well across teams and functions

Background

  • Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in a performance or attribution role
  • Progress toward or completion of a professional qualification (CFA, CIPM, or similar) is beneficial
