  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • Supportive team culture—work alongside general dentists, assistants, and administrative staff
  • No on‑call or after‑hours expectations

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence‑based endodontic techniques

  • Utilize digital radiography and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, postoperative care, and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment
  • Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards

Why Endodontists Choose DOCS Dental

  • Steady patient referrals: consistent endodontic caseloads from brick‑and‑mortar clinics on base
  • Clinical autonomy: freedom to diagnose and treat within your specialty without micromanagement
  • Technology‑enabled practice: access to digital tools and instruments designed for efficient, high‑quality care
  • Purpose‑driven work: provide specialty care to a military‑affiliated population who values and needs your expertise

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
  • Completion of an accredited endodontics residency program

  • CPR/BLS certification
  • DEA license (if applicable)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access
