This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Honolulu, HI. The Accounting Manager will support the CFO/COO in managing the company’s accounting processes, financial reporting, and ERP system operations. This role combines hands‑on accounting responsibilities with system management and cross‑departmental operations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive—ensuring accurate financial data while improving workflow efficiency across accounting and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing or distribution industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month‑end close procedures.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Champion ERP preferred) and report development tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
