Job Description
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their recruitment needs. Source and screen candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews and offer negotiations. Develop new business opportunities through networking and market research. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and placement targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B sales and/or full desk recruitment
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven mindset
