Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional nursing care on a PCU floor, managing a variety of medical and telemetry patients. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Float as needed to different inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Utilize skills in patient monitoring, medication administration, and documentation within the Meditech EMR system. Support patient care protocols in a family-oriented and supportive environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum two years of strong telemetry experience. Preferred experience or certification in chemotherapy administration is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work as a compassionate team player willing to embrace flexible scheduling and floating assignments. Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM shifts.
