Full time Shift: Night Shift Provides continuity of patient care. Assists Radiologist with procedures. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne. Prepares patient, room and equipment for procedure. Collects history data from patient and provides patient education. Provides patient cares in accordance with department policy. Provides radiologist pertinent information for interpretation. Demonstrates the ability to interact in a positive manner with other departments, physicians and students. Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures. Based on principles of growth and development, provides care appropriate to the age related needs of the patients served on his/her assigned unit, which may include: 3-6 Yrs: Pre-School Aged 18-65 Yrs: Adults Full-time Nights Graduate of an accredited program in Radiography. Registered Technologist (Radiography) by ARRT. Intermediate language, intermediate math, high reasoning ability. Personal computer. Ability to perform office procedures when needed. CR, DR, and PACS computer knowledge. Understand and demonstrate a commitment to customer service expectations at all times.
