Locums - CRNA - Morehead City, North Carolina Assignment Overview

• Start Date: February 23, 2026 (additional starts mid-March)

• Position Type: Locums

• Full-Time Only

Schedule

• Shifts: 4 10-hour day shifts per week

• Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

• Call Requirement: No call

Facility & Department Details

• Department operates 5 OR rooms

  • 2 days/week: Supervision model

  • Remaining days: Medical direction model

Case Mix & Skills

• Case Types: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, C-Sections

• Special Procedures:

  • No cardiac or neuro cases

  • No pediatrics

  • No blocks or epidurals

• Must assist with C-sections

• Required Skills: Ortho, GYN, Urology, General Surgery

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2 years acute care experience

• Geographic Radius Rule: Must live at least 50 miles from facility to be considered

Technology

• Charting: Paper charting

• Hospital EMR: Meditech

Required Qualifications (No Exceptions)

• NBCRNA - Required

• Active North Carolina License - Required

• ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required

• DEA - Not Required
