Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the Boys’ and Girls’ Cross-Country program Design and implement effective training, conditioning, and competition plans Foster a positive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike team culture Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and school administrators Ensure compliance with WPIAL and PIAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Varsity Head Coach or College Coaching Experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of cross-country training methods, race strategies, and safety standards Commitment to mentoring and motivating student-athletes to achieve their best academically and athletically
