We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Crisis Intervention Program. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and in maintaining accurate documentation for our case files, reports and program coordination.
Duties Include: Communication and correspondence such as answering phone calls and drafting correspondence and reports. Scheduling and coordination of calendars, meetings and youth treatment plans. Document and records management - maintaining case files and monthly reports. Office and administrative support such as ordering office supplies and supporting program staff. Have the ability to professionally interact with staff and phone contacts. Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
