Job Summary Lead the PMO function for enterprise Salesforce initiatives within a healthcare or payer/provider setting. You will establish governance standards, oversee project delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and align Salesforce implementations with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a robust PMO framework for Salesforce programs, including governance models, RACI matrices, and executive reporting cadence.
Oversee portfolios of Salesforce projects—managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, dependencies, and financial performance reports.
Coordinate implementation, integrations, and data migrations with internal teams and external consultants, ensuring alignment with EMRs, claims, and core healthcare systems.
Engage executive and business stakeholders—facilitate workshops, provide status updates, manage expectations, and drive change adoption across clinical, claims, or patient-facing teams.
Monitor and control project risk, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, payer/provider rules), and data governance throughout the lifecycle.
Standardize PMO processes, tools, and templates; continually optimize governance, dashboards, and delivery best practices.
Mentor and develop Project Managers and PMO staff, setting performance objectives and driving professional growth.
Qualifications 7+ years in program or PMO leadership, with at least 3+ years managing SaaS/CRM projects—preferably Salesforce in healthcare or insurance.
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions integrated with healthcare systems (EMRs, billing, claims).
Deep expertise in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Strong executive presence with ability to communicate across C-level stakeholders and drive organizational change.
Demonstrated financial oversight skills: budget management, ROI analysis, and resource forecasting.
Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, PMI-PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Salesforce-specific credentials.
Preferred Experience Hands-on implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud, including PHI compliance and security controls.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and risk frameworks.
Experience establishing CoEs or competency centers for Salesforce in healthcare.
