IT Support Technician (Contract)

1-3 months Overview: Seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to assist with a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade and laptop imaging project. This role will focus on hands-on device deployment and user support during the transition. Responsibilities: Upgrade existing devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Image, configure, and deploy laptops
Troubleshoot hardware and OS-related issues during deployment
Provide onsite end-user support as needed
Requirements: Experience with Windows OS upgrades and laptop imaging
Strong hands-on hardware and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
