Providing speech-language support in an elementary school setting, this full-time contract position offers an engaging opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in South Carolina. The role is based in Summerville, SC, with a focus on supporting student communication needs throughout the school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students according to individual education plans (IEPs). Manage and maintain an existing caseload with established schedules. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress. Document therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines. Maintain current licensure and adhere to professional ethical standards. Qualifications: South Carolina SLP license required. Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting, particularly at the elementary level. Ability to supervise Clinical Fellows (CF) if applicable and licensed. Strong communication and organizational skills. Schedule and Duration: Full-time position: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration: ASAP (ideally starting January 5) through April 3, with potential extension through the end of the school year. Notable exclusionary dates when campus is closed: January 19, February 16, April 6-10, and May 25. Makeup services are not required at this time.
