Located in Roanoke, VA, the role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population within the school system. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid license or certification suitable for school settings. Experience working with K-12 students preferred. Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
