59567This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.## As Engineering Manager for Agreement to Close Engineering, you’ll lead a full-stack engineering team building AI-driven engagement with our agent salesforce. Redfin has thousands of agents who each have hundreds or even thousands of customer relationships, and we’re identifying and creating magical moments to engage customers and help them continue their home-buying or home-selling journey.This role blends technical leadership with product collaboration: you’ll guide engineers as they iterate quickly, uphold craftsmanship, and deliver stable, fast, intuitive software. You’ll shape the team’s engineering culture, drive architectural direction, and ensure we ship impactful features that push our brokerage business forward by providing real insights for our customers. **Who We Are*** We power Redfin’s engine of growth with AI insights: our work makes our real estate agents more effective, leading to more successful home-buyers and sellers.* We strive for craftsmanship in our software: Great software is stable, fast, delightful and solves a specific problem. We build the pipelines to get data into databases all the way to the UI a user sees.**Who You Are*** You have 2+ years of experience as a software engineering manager, having worked on full-stack web development.
