Overview Sales Development Representative (SDR)

– Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) • Compensation: $50,000 - $52,500 base + uncapped commission • Job Type: Full-time

We’re a fast-paced, collaborative team committed to helping businesses thrive—and we’re growing fast! SDRs will work closely with the Account Executive team to uncover the prospective client’s business priorities and goals, matching them with the best service for their needs and then ensuring those clients achieve their designated business objectives.

Responsibilities

Make 75+ outbound calls per day to qualified leads

Prospect and engage decision-makers to uncover business needs

Set high-quality appointments for Account Executives

Handle objections and rejections with confidence

Work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth
