Position Summary
The client is looking for a Scrum Master to work closely with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate into epics and stories.
Essential Job Functions
Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos and other Agile ceremonies.
Work with other Agile teams to effectively design, build and deliver cloud-based solutions.
Facilitates team events, including (where applicable) the daily stand-up, and sprint demos.
Works with developers, BAs, and testers to identify and eliminate roadblocks.
Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and identify requirements.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
Required Security Clearance: None (Public Trust).
An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
