At Havenly, we are revolutionizing how consumers design and shop for their homes. Established in Denver in 2014, we are the leading interior design service in the country, managing a premier portfolio of brands including Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, and St. Frank. We are seeking an exceptional engineer who leverages AI as their core superpower and prioritizes business value over technical implementation details. We require deep iOS/Swift expertise combined with a willingness to operate outside the traditional mobile development scope. We seek builders who thrive on direct collaboration with stakeholders to architect the most efficient path to value across our entire ecosystem. This role goes beyond standard app maintenance. You will utilize cutting‑edge AI‑driven development techniques across a diverse family of brands, contributing significantly to our iOS experiences while seamlessly integrating into backend and web codebases to deliver complete, end‑to‑end features. Why You Are a Great Fit

You Build AI Products, Not Just with AI:

You are passionate about creating new customer experiences enabled by AI, including personalization, automation, and intelligence embedded directly into product workflows. You are AI‑Native:

You push the boundaries of AI agents and automated workflows, accelerating everything from SwiftUI layouts to complex backend logic, going far beyond standard tools like Copilot. iOS Specialist with a Full Stack Mindset:

You possess a deep command of Swift but view all technology as "just code." You use AI to rapidly gain proficiency in languages like Python, TypeScript, or PHP, enabling you to own features from the mobile UI through to the database. Outcome‑Driven Development:

You prioritize measurable business impact over specific technology stacks. You leverage AI for rapid prototyping of mobile and web concepts, then solidify them into robust, production‑ready systems. Thrive in “Small & Mighty” Teams:

You prefer the speed of a startup environment and the high impact of a cross‑functional role where your input directly shapes the product direction. What You'll Do

Ship AI‑Powered Features:

Build and own AI‑driven product experiences across our ecosystem, including defining AI behavior, evaluating output quality, and iterating based on actual customer impact. Engineer at 10x:

Utilize the emerging AI toolbelt to rapidly build, test, and deploy features across our iOS application and portfolio of eCommerce sites. Bridge the Gap:

Serve as a strategic partner to Product Managers, helping to define requirements based on the technical possibilities available across mobile, web, and AI today, rather than just receiving them. Navigate Complex Systems:

Employ AI‑augmented discovery techniques to quickly understand various codebases (from native Swift apps to custom React/Node APIs), identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary fixes. Architect for Scale:

Design and maintain high‑traffic systems that support over six brands and a massive national footprint. Shape the Culture:

Act as a pioneer for AI‑first development, mentoring the team on effective tool usage to raise the engineering standard for both mobile and web disciplines. What You'll Bring

Swift Expertise:

Solid experience in building and maintaining high‑quality iOS applications. The AI‑First Mindset:

A proven history of using AI tools to significantly accelerate output and solve problems outside the traditional scope of mobile development. Full‑Stack Versatility:

Strong foundational knowledge in software architecture, understanding the fundamental interaction between mobile apps, APIs, and web frontends. Strategic Communication:

Ability to clearly explain complex technical trade‑offs to non‑technical partners and lead cross‑functional initiatives effectively. The Arsenal (Technology Stack)
