We are seeking an exceptionally productive dentist to join our team to work specifically on
Saturdays
in a
diagnosis-only role , supporting our pediatric-focused team by conducting comprehensive exams and treatment planning. This role is ideal for a dentist who enjoys diagnostics, patient interaction, and clinical decision‑making in a pediatric setting—without the physical demands of hands‑on treatment.
What We're Looking For
Strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning skills
️ Clear, compassionate communication with patients, parents, and staff
Comfort evaluating pediatric patients and mixed dentition
Detail‑oriented with accurate clinical documentation
Team‑focused mindset and ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Pediatric specialty training not required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions
Develop and document clear, appropriate treatment plans
️ Explain findings and recommendations to parents/guardians in an easy‑to‑understand manner
Refer patients to in‑house providers or specialists as needed
Collaborate with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and support staff
Stay current with best practices in pediatric diagnostics and treatment planning
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active California dental license
Current CPR certification Availability to work Saturdays (frequency to be discussed)
