Salary:

$60,000-$70,000 (paid hourly)

Description Our client, a commercial design, manufacturing, and installation company, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join their stable, close-knit team of 30 in SW Baltimore, MD. They specialize in retail design projects, with smaller projects ranging from $20K–$50K and larger projects from $500K–$1M. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of projects, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, architects, and contractors. Their specialized commercial projects come with a steady client base and predictable workflow so you can feel comfortable making this transition in a time where stability is top of mind. Responsibilities

Support the PM and sales team with client communications

Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, quotes, etc.

Organize customer and project files in the network and ERP system

Assist with drawings, verify design intent, and identify unknowns for quoting

Confirm packing and shipping requirements

Research and source materials, track supplier costs, and maintain cost histories

Monitor production phases and provide client updates

Review CAD drawings to prepare material take-offs

Support quality control for incoming materials and finished goods

Perform cross-functional tasks as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of project support experience in construction, architecture, or skilled trades required

ERP or construction software experience required

Must be able to work onsite daily
