Business Development Director– Biologics CDMOServices - (Europe – UK, Germany, Switzerland)
We are seeking an experienced business development professional to drive growth across our client's CDMOservices in Europe. This role focuses on securing new client partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning a technical services organisation as a trusted long-term partner across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with European growth objectives
Identify and secure new client opportunities across biotech and pharmaceutical markets
Build senior-level relationships with stakeholders across multiple European countries
Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored client solutions
Represent the organisation at European industry events and conferences
Experience & Profile
Proven business development experience within pharma, biotech, or CDMO environments
Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing, and regulated processes
Track record of closing complex, multi-country deals and achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; additional European languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
