Responsibilities
Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
Ensure client experience is proficient including booking payments and consultation cards
Interact and communicate effectively with leisure members, team members, guests and management team
Ensure team works to meeting department revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately
Ensure health safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and rules are observed by leisure clients and guests
Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long term improvements in products and services
Comply with hotel security fire and health and safety regulations
Conduct training, mentoring, and treatment refreshers to maintain consistency and quality
Maintain treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards
Monitor stock levels of professional products, consumables, and equipment, and report needs
Strong knowledge of treatments, spa operations, and hygiene standards
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor therapists
Support with training, coaching, and assessing therapists’ skills to maintain consistent service standards
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role in a luxury or 5-star Hotel
Relevant qualifications for the role
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
Relevant qualifications and experience in the UAE
