Account Finance Lead, Director Key Role:

Lead the civil health account’s long-term strategic business objectives and the day-to-day financial management of the overall business. Engage regularly with senior executives at the company and lead discussions and activities required to achieve the account’s financial goals. Coordinate the activities of an approximately 30+ person program finance team in the health account, including managing and implementing a bottom‑up forecasting process, identifying and managing risk effectively in accordance with the company’s ERM process, and talent assessment. Manage a complex and matrixed organization that provides insights into business performance to corporate and senior leadership. Lead in alignment with the company’s values while creating a cohesive community of practice filled with development and learning opportunities amongst the finance talent base.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high‑performing company

Experience with leading the finance function of a company, including best practices in annual planning and financial analysis

Experience with managing the financial operations of a services business

Experience with finance and accounting at a government services provider, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance

Experience with leading an FP&A function for a government services provider

Knowledge of ERP accounting systems, including Oracle

Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, lead, advise, direct, and retain a robust team in a collaborative environment

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Additional Qualifications

Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integrating entities into a standardized and organized financial performance model

Ability to display a boardroom presence and communicate effectively with internal and external constituents

Possession of excellent presentation skills, including oral and written communication

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
