Position Memory Care Support Partner
Position Type Full Time
Location North Royalton, Ohio
Starting Hourly Wage $19‑$21.00 per hour!
Shift Schedule Tuesdays – Saturdays
Company Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton located at 8239 York Rd., North Royalton, OH 44133.
Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy: Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Patient Observer: Discover residents’ interests and collaborate on engagement plans.
Master of the Mise en Scène: Set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
Life Partner: Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to sleeping.
Document Care: Accurately record resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with Orientation: Support new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude with love for residents.
Computer skills for printing documents and data entry.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery.
Criminally cleared.
