We are thrilled to announce a new position: Senior Manager of Business Development – Partnerships, joining our US Commercial Team.The role is based on our Boston HUB located at 1000 Boylston Street. Our **hybrid working** model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. **Core Responsibilities:**Own the development and implementation of the private partnership strategy for LEGO Education in North America. Focus on the K12 market and build a scalable model to unlock new funding streams. Develop partnership structures and value propositions that align corporate objectives with the goals of LEGO Education’s educational programs, resulting in co-funded STEM and learning initiatives.Proven experience in a B2B, partnership, business development, or strategic commercial environment, ideally with a focus on building and scaling multi-stakeholder partnerships. Demonstrable experience in identifying, engaging, and closing strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, NGOs, or large institutional partners.Preferred interest in education, edtech, STEM, technology, or social impactful learning initiatives. Shown success in navigating sophisticated partner ecosystems, demonstrating influence, negotiation, and trust-building skills at senior levels. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, while driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes. Effective communication abilities with the capacity to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, academy, legal, operations).

Acting as a bridge between LEGO Education and key partners, you'll translate ambitions into meaningful programs, driving strategic business development.
