Registered Nurse (T&RC) – Operating Room, Full‑time, Night Shift (1900‑0730). Salary $96,000 – $121,513 (adjusts by shift). Position posted Jan 5, 2026; closed Jan 20, 2026. Duties

Perform nursing activities in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Assess patient condition and nursing needs; coordinate care with other health disciplines. Develop written individualized care plans, including teaching, discharge planning, and priorities. Administer direct care and medications; practice infection control. Communicate changes in patient condition and questions to Charge RN/Clinician. Document evidence in the medical record of patient/family teaching and responses. Collaborate effectively with other staff and departments; participate in unit or hospital quality assurance activities. Qualifications

Registered RN license in New York State. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least one year of acute‑care hospital experience. CNOR preferred; ability to scrub and circulate across multiple OR specialties; trauma experience a plus. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; BLS must be current at start date. Working Conditions

Exposure to infectious disease, blood, body fluids, and other hazardous elements. Irregular hours; possible emergency, crisis, or crisis‑situational work. OSHA Category 1 classification. Pre‑employment Requirements
