The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Technical Recruiting plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams. As a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, this role ensures that the interview process is seamless, efficient, and reflective of QXO’s commitment to operational excellence and candidate care. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

Lead the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive impression of QXO throughout the hiring process.

Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones and functions.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design smooth interview experiences, aligning on structure, process, and candidate touchpoints.

Handle recruitment operations by coordinating offer letters, background checks, and onboarding tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Track and maintain candidate data, interview documentation, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and provide reporting that supports team insights and performance.

Identify opportunities to optimize processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and elevate the candidate experience.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s degree

1-2 years of experience in a technical hiring or fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.

Demonstrated attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

Sound judgment and discretion when managing sensitive or confidential information.

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly in dynamic situations.

Salary Range:

USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
