Organizational Change Management Lead

to join our Management Consulting team!

Job Overview:

This position will provide change management leadership and support to key enterprise wide operational improvements. Responsibilities include developing project-based change management strategies for enterprise programs and projects.

Responsibilities

Leads all phases of Perficient's Organizational Change Management Methodology including discovery to define, design, enable, and measure success of the change strategy

Leads and assists subordinate (Perficient or client) Change resources in project delivery

Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum 5‑10 years professional experience in delivery of change management

Previous consulting experience

Advanced degree/education preferred

Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight

Management Consulting and project management experience

Strong client management and executive level communications skills

Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition

Fluent and current on Change Management trends

Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes

Experience in designing, developing, and delivering end‑user training (web‑based authoring experience preferred)

Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives

Experience working work a globally distributed team

Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills

Experience leading internal teams

Change Management certification preferred

Be independent, self driven and comfortable with ambiguity

Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations

Preferred Experience

BA/BS degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field required or 7 to 10 years of experience in a Change Management role.

Change Management certification

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
