Senior Backend Engineer [32288]

We’re looking for a senior backend engineer who can architect and scale core systems, take full ownership of complex technical problems, and move quickly with minimal oversight. You should have startup DNA, a product mindset, and a deep understanding of system design at scale. What You’ll Do: Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our backend systems Own critical services end-to-end — from design to deployment and monitoring Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and establish best practices Collaborate closely with product and business teams to shape the roadmap Identify performance bottlenecks and make real-time, high-impact improvements What We’re Looking For: 6–10+ years of backend engineering experience (preferably in high-growth startups) Deep expertise in system architecture, microservices, and API design Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, or Node.js) Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, monitoring, and security Bias toward action — you can ship fast and scale smart Preferred But Not Required: Experience in fintech, infra, or real-time systems Prior experience as a tech lead or founding engineer Seniority level
