Our women-owned business is located at 10148 River Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. This role provides the opportunity to improve and excel in several areas including process management, social media/marketing management, procurement, pricing strategy, personnel management, customer service, and machine operation (coffee & frozen yogurt). Growth opportunities: own your career and excel in a management position Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations including store setup, store maintenance and cleaning, cash management, cake making, froyo machine maintenance, and employee management Manage staff (hiring, training, scheduling) and delegate responsibility as needed Work with Assistant Managers to ensure store policies and procedures are followed, including but not limited to store cleanliness and adherence to health code Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer inquiries as they arise and making real-time decisions that lead to customer satisfaction Track inventory and ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner Help manage annual pie sale (Thanksgiving & Christmas), assisting with order tracking and in-store pickup Oversee delivery apps (UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub) Assist with marketing (email, social media) Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, clean, customer-focused workplace Strong time-management skills; ability to switch tasks as needed (temporarily pause cleaning or food prep when customers enter the store), prioritize, and organize Food Certification required Cash management experience required. This role requires the ability to properly manage daily cash including putting together the daily cash deposit and ensuring we have enough cash on-hand to maintain operations Demonstrated experience managing a team of 3 or more employees required 2+ years experience in management in the food industry preferred We are looking forward to receiving your application.
