If you've mastered the art of regulatory navigation while others get lost in paperwork, we need your strategic mind. This role involves owning the complete regulatory pathway for multiple campus launches, including state authorizations and local permitting, transforming compliance into a strategic advantage. 2 Hour Learning is expanding rapidly, aiming to open 25-30 new campuses in six months. You will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable regulatory strategy to facilitate this growth. About 2 Hour Learning
2 Hour Learning redefines education by offering AI-driven personalized learning, enabling students to achieve significant academic growth in just two hours daily, complemented by activities like sports and public speaking. The organization is backed by private equity, with active charter applications and ongoing campus expansion. Why This Role?
This position offers authority, ownership, and impact without the risks of founding a startup. You will work directly with founders to dismantle regulatory barriers and accelerate campus openings. Key Responsibilities
Managing regulatory timelines for multiple campuses Leading state and local licensing, permitting, and compliance Building relationships with regulatory officials across states Creating a regulatory playbook to reduce time-to-launch Requirements
3+ years leading complex regulatory projects in sectors like education, healthcare, or real estate Proven ability to manage cross-functional timelines and eliminate bottlenecks Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Ability to operate independently with urgency and accountability Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically Position Details
This is a full-time, long-term contractor role with a pay rate of $200/hour, totaling approximately $400,000 annually, paid weekly. Additional Info
