What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive and manage the business and revenue plan for a sales region - Recruit, hire, and train Area Sales Managers to build a high-performing team - Prepare forecasts, manage territory, and develop growth plans - Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referrals - Travel within the regional territory to build relationships, demonstrate products, and close sales
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 8 years as a sales leader in the automotive space, particularly with dealerships - Proven success in selling solutions or services to dealerships, with a strong understanding of dealership operations - Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals - Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing sales team - Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience executing a formal sales process from prospecting to closing - Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, for sales success - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time - Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong relationship-building abilities
