JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Marketing Associate collaborates with the marketing team, onsite teams, and regional leadership to develop and implement customized tactical marketing strategies across their portfolio, ensuring consistent deployment and alignment with community and portfolio goals. JOB DESCRIPTION Requirements:

2+ years of marketing experience, 1+ years of property management experience. Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and operations teams within an assigned portfolio. Support community teams, business leaders, and clients with marketing initiatives, developing campaigns that promote each community's brand and meet business objectives. Assist onsite teams with social media, email marketing, website advertising, content creation, and customer experience strategies. Analyze marketing performance data, prepare reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with revenue management to set strategic plans. Communicate through webinars, presentations, social media, website content, and events to enhance engagement. Recommend and manage creative agencies, oversee branding projects, and ensure timely delivery of branding assets. Organize and maintain digital marketing assets and collateral. Manage relationships with advertising and marketing vendors, review service contracts, and optimize service quality and costs. Oversee onboarding and offboarding of communities within the portfolio. Support regional new business development efforts. Assist in marketing budget planning and monitor expenditures to achieve ROI benchmarks. Provide technical support and troubleshoot digital marketing challenges. Collaborate with national and creative teams to implement marketing initiatives and technology at the site level. Senior roles may be assigned based on experience and responsibilities. LI-DZ1 The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 (located in Newport Beach, CA). Additional Compensation Pay may include bonuses based on individual and company performance, with eligibility varying by position and location.
