Develop and enhance relationships with schools and health centers to ensure quality care for members
Assist in identifying gaps in care and strategizing to improve health outcomes

Participate in community outreach programs and health events to promote health resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or children’s health
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or maternal‑child health
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with schools and community organizations
Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically
Experience in providing education to members regarding healthcare services
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
