What is Required (Qualifications)
1‑3 years of retail management experience, either current or former
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and drive results through metrics
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth
Familiarity with retail technology and systems
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
Willingness to travel as required
