Pay:
$20.35/hr – $31.98/hr based on experience
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Move railcars in and out of unloading station using railcar tugger
Unloading of railcars into the proper storage tank
Add additives to finished product
Receive incoming raw materials
Monitor coal milling operations and ensure adjustments are made as needed
Operate blending equipment to process pre‑approved customer orders
Assist with maintenance tasks as needed
Perform clean‑up duties to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment
Operate forklift as needed
Load and unload bulk pneumatic trucks
Perform all other work as deemed necessary by plant manager
Must be able to lift 50# from floor to waist
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to climb stairs and rung ladders and not afraid of heights
Computer knowledge very helpful
OE/Lean – The operator will work with the plant operations team to develop, follow and audit standard work, participate in 5S, Non‑Routine Task Assessments, residual risk reduction, Kaizen events and all other lean activities as deemed necessary by plant manager
Other duties & responsibilities – operator will be required to assist in all other areas of plant clean‑up, maintenance projects and clerical responsibilities as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Safety orientated for themselves and others
Responsible for own actions and willing to learn and work independently
Cooperative and able to work with others
Computer knowledge a plus
Maintenance background a plus

This position does not ordinarily require travel. Travel for coursework or education could be required on a very infrequent basis. Some opportunity for travel could be available if desired to assist other plants within the network.
Working Conditions
Manufacturing setting – warehouse, production facility, rail car unloading and sand conveyor
Work in all outdoor elements is required
Work Hours
Hourly, Monday – Friday. Standard 40 hours per week.
Overtime is required; typically, 1 day every other weekend.
Safety training: Required training will be given on site.
