Responsibilities
Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts on a daily basis.
Customer Service: provide friendly, top‑notch service with a "white‑glove" attitude in stores and in customers’ homes.
Deliveries & Pickups: safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
Minimum Requirements
1‑3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – You will be driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Great communication and customer service skills.
