What You’ll Be Doing The work you do as an Order Selector keeps our stores stocked and our communities fed and healthy. As an Order Selector, you will be on the go throughout your shift, using a voice‑controlled system to select full‑case grocery, frozen, and other perishable products. You will operate a ride‑on electric pallet jack, palletize cases, and prepare pallets for shipment, lifting up to 87 lbs. at shoulder level and 76.5 lbs. overhead. This role requires a safety‑focused mindset and the ability to move, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Use a voice‑controlled system to select full‑case grocery, frozen, and perishable items.
Operate a ride‑on electric pallet jack to palletize cases and prepare pallets for shipment.
Lift up to 87 lbs. during the shift and maintain safety protocols.
Work in varying environments (freezer, refrigerator, warehouse floor, etc.).
Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing work demands.
Qualifications and Experience
Ability to ride an electric pallet jack and obtain any necessary certifications.
Physical ability to move, bend, and lift up to 87 lbs. during the shift.
Strong attention to detail and pride in work output.
