Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus just for joining the team!
Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment
Key Responsibilities
Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Ability to lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently
Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
Forklift operator or other pallet truck (PIT) equipment experience (preferred)
