Operator 11 – Direct Hire
Akkodis seeks an Operator 11 for a Direct Hire with a client in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain production equipment to assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality and safety standards.
Salary Range:
$48,686 K/Year to $48,686 K/Year
Operator 11 job responsibilities include:
Set up and operate production equipment to assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
Perform in-process and finished goods inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
Maintain and clean equipment, performing basic repairs and notifying maintenance of malfunctions.
Prepare accurate documentation related to quality checks, work progress, and test results.
Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues, recommending workflow improvements for efficiency.
Participate in cross-training to perform multiple functions within the work center and support team flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with experience in quality inspection and workflow improvement.
