Position Overview
We love fashion, but we love people more. As an Assistant Manager, you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure consistency across our brand. You will partner with the Store Manager to provide the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer. Your goal is to make sure no customer is missed – our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”
Responsibilities
Act and lead through our core values of Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, and Tenacity (HEART).
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that embodies HEART values and the HEART styling experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, staying passionate about fashion and trends.
Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees to achieve success.
Support daily store operations, manage inventory and fulfillment, and uphold merchandising and visual standards.
Drive results through personal & team styling performance, Trendsend styling, order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll management support.
Maintain a sales expectation of $20,000 per month.
Lead the Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
