Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials and bulletins.

Skills for effective production, merchandising and customer service related to merchandise sale.

Must be able to work with cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools and operate all production equipment.

Experience in grocery retail, customer service, and food preparation.

Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods according to company standards, recipes, and policies.

Perform required temperature monitoring and monitor product quality.

Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.

Manage tools, equipment and supplies in designated areas.

Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per company and Health Department policies.

Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation for merchandise.

Maintain equipment and facilities safely in accordance with company policies.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws.

Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Operate cash register per company procedures.
