Join a Growing Healthcare Call Center in the Detroit area. The company has been operating for 30 years and is the largest independent pharmacy benefit solutions company.

$21 per hour

Schedule:
Must be available for an 8-hour shift Monday–Sunday between 5:00 am–10:00 pm, with mandatory 10 hours of overtime per week. Will work weekends.

Responsibilities • 90 % inbound calls and 10 % outbound follow‑up calls.
• Handle up to 80 calls per day from Medicare Part D members, insurance companies, physician offices, or pharmacies.
Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or office setting.
