MBA Financial Services, LLC is a private wealth management firm based in Boulder with more than 30 years of experience. MBA Financial specializes in financial planning, investment strategies, portfolio management, and estate planning.
The firm is seeking a part- or full-time financial services assistant or operations associate to provide essential client support and practice assistance to our wealth management team.
Primary Responsibilities
Working with a senior financial advisor for client servicing
Completing and following up on account reporting and administrative processes
Partnering with the home office on operational matters
Lead staff on report preparation and financial analysis
Implement technology solutions, including Morningstar, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial planning software
Qualifications and Ideal Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance and / or business emphasis
Securities registrations and / or insurance licenses a plus
Some experience in financial services and / or insurance
Excellent written and communication skills; professional phone presence
Strong technology and computer literacy
Good multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Self-motiviatied, reliable and detail-oriented
