As a

Housekeeping Supervisor , you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees

Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk

Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met

Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness

Displays professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and conduct

Ensures hotel complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA

Maintain compliance with both company policies and procedures.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

High School Diploma/GED

1-3 years of related experience

Basic computer skills

Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:

CPR/First Aid

2+ years of Supervisory experience

Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality industry

Bilingual
