Test Technician(2nd Shift)
4:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday with OT available.

Job Summary:
Perform tests on production, engineering, and qualification products, including incoming materials.
Use electrical, mechanical, and optical test equipment and follow established procedures.
Apply knowledge of electronics, electrical theory, and Ohm’s law.
Troubleshoot setup and product issues independently.
Understand 802.3 Ethernet standards.
Maintain and secure test equipment and calibration records.
Report errors in procedures, drawings, and materials to support teams.
Complete documentation and enter data accurately in IFS system.
Ensure high-quality standards and safe work practices.
Communicate effectively with all departments and identify special tooling needs.
Education & Experience
Two-year technical degree, military training, or equivalent experience.
HS Diploma/ GED
Recent experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing.
Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and fiber optic products.
Skills & Abilities
Work safely with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Troubleshoot using common sense and learn from peers.
Read technical drawings, schematics, and follow verbal instructions.
Use test equipment (e.g., ohm-meters, pressure gauges, calipers).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback.
Good shop math skills.
