As a Tree Climber with
Joshua Tree Experts , you'll be a key member of our 2-4 person crews, working in some of the area's most beautiful neighborhoods where homeowners invest in professional tree care. What a Tree Climber Does
Perform expert tree climbing for removals, pruning, and preservation work
Communicate effectively with crew leader and team members
Maintain professional image and represent JTE's premium brand standards
Provide excellent customer service
and build rapport with homeowners
Delegate work to ground crew and ensure safe operations
Maintain assigned equipment and climbing gear to company standards
Follow comprehensive safety protocols and ANSI standards
Identify and communicate upselling opportunities
to crew leader
Work minimum 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities
Understand and operate aerial lift equipment as needed
What You Must Have
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years professional tree climbing experience
Valid driver's license
with clean driving record
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Commitment to safety and following established protocols
Physical ability to perform demanding climbing work
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to train others
