Title Inventory Associate
Duration 6+ months with possibility of extension and full-time opportunity.
Job Description This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain Fulfillment support across all Blue Origin facilities.
As part of a large, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for supporting all warehouse and logistical activities at Blue Origin's Fulfillment Centers in Kent, WA, Huntsville, AL and Merritt Island, FL. This position is expected to be visionary enough to recognize opportunities in processes and efficiency, and detail-oriented enough to support an operationally excellent organization. You must be a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Qualifications
2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
Safety is a top priority; the employee must strictly adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe operating procedures.
Employee must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
Communication skills within a highly technical environment.
Mathematical skills, including calculation of percentages, area, volume, and unit of measure conversions.
Analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions from gathered information.
Ability to derive inventory requirements from drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
