Position Basics

Technicians are responsible for the delivery and installation of amusement equipment at bars, restaurants, gas stations, truck stops, etc. Will train inexperienced candidates. Hiring for day shift Monday‑Friday. Company‑supplied vehicle + fuel card. Great customer service. High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic/mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive). Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, analytical skills. Computer literacy helpful but not required. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 21 years of age. Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 300 pounds with assistance of an appliance dolly. Frequently required to lift/push up to 1100 pounds with assistance from teammate and an appliance dolly. Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, maintaining, repairing, and installing ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, and assisting in other areas as needed. Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of amusement equipment at various customer locations. Maintain accurate records and paperwork and communicate all data on customer sites. Troubleshoot amusement devices and repair as needed. Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs. Deliver product from company location to customer locations. Communicate with call center to efficiently manage installations. Manage inventory of the installation truck to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed. Base Pay Range

$18+/hour Benefits
