Director of Operations - Harrell Ag Products
Salary Range: $75,000/yr - $100,000/yr
Job Summary
Harrell Ag Products, together with Peerless and Barfab, represents a growing network of American-made equipment and expertise supporting every stage of agricultural production from field preparation to post-harvest processing. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help share that story and strengthen our presence across all three brands.
This position will take full ownership of marketing efforts across the Harrell family of companies. You’ll be responsible for shaping how our brands communicate; from capturing photos and videos in the field to managing digital platforms, developing campaigns, and producing consistent, high-quality content that reflects the strength and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve a unified brand identity across Harrell Ag, Peerless, and Barfab
Develop messaging that clearly conveys each company’s strengths within the broader Harrell network
Ensure all materials align with brand standards and voice
Capture and edit original photo and video content showcasing equipment, people, and projects
Manage company websites, social media accounts, and online listings
Draft and schedule regular posts, news updates, and product features
Design promotional materials including brochures, banners, videos, and advertisements
Plan and execute product launch campaigns and seasonal promotions
Coordinate participation in trade shows, field days, and customer events
Manage advertising placement (digital, print, radio) and vendor relationships
Track campaign performance and analyze engagement metrics
Assist with internal communications and product information consistency
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize marketing efforts that align with company goals
Provide reports and insights to leadership on trends and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional marketing experience (industrial or manufacturing sector a plus)
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling
Basic photography/videography and editing experience (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Familiarity with website CMS tools (WordPress or similar) and CRM platforms
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Ability to travel as required for trade shows and other events
Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience coordinating trade shows or vendor events
Drone photography/videography experience
